As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for convincing clients of the added value of our software platform, Oxygis, and how our solution helps inventory assets to establish comprehensive management practices.

Your primary focus will be on attracting new clients and building and managing your own portfolio of customers and prospects, with an emphasis on the public market as well as businesses and organizations requiring exterior asset management. You will prepare proposals, negotiate terms, close agreements, and closely monitor collaborations. Through cross-selling, you will strengthen partnerships with existing clients and suppliers while also acquiring new clients and contacts.

You will actively participate in trade fairs and networking events, collaborating with product managers to develop campaigns that increase product visibility and drive demand for our solutions.

You are familiar with the public market and know how to connect with municipalities, cities, and intercommunal organizations. You are also skilled in administratively managing and contributing to public tenders.

What we expect from you

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role.
  • Knowledge of or affinity with GIS and/or green space management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales to the public sector.

Hard skills

  • In-depth knowledge of the public market.

  • Building partnerships with suppliers and competitors.
  • Responding to and assisting in drafting public tenders.
  • Driving license.
  • Language skills: Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of green space management and public areas.
  • Expertise in geomatics (ArcGIS, QGIS, OpenLayers, etc.).
  • Experience with Odoo.
